Up to this moment, it continues to satisfy its customers who now range from large private companies to regular homeowners. With a rich history in home-cooked meals, Cocina Mixto has evolved from simple house-to-house selling into a haven of sumptuous feast that serves Asian and European dishes. Mrs. Manlosa’s expertise in Asian and European dishes is backed with extensive culinary studies in Singapore, Spain, and Luxembourg.

While many others limit their menus on homegrown Filipino dishes, Cocina Mixto aims to take the food catering industry to a different level by adding European and Asian dishes to an already-impressive menu.
